Refund policy

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we can only allow returns on items that are unopened and in their original condition. Since Pnoy Store LLC is dealing with food and perishable items we hope that you as our customers would understand the changes in the world we live in. In other words, most returns and refunds would be denied due to the nature of the items being sold on PnoyStore.com and buyers would have to pay for the shipping of the returned items with 30% re-stocking fee.
